Introduction
The iFresh Asia Fruit and Vegetable Industry Expo (Xinjiang) will be grandly opened at Xinjiang International Expo Center from May 25-27, 2024.
Xinjiang, often known as the "Hometown of Melons and Fruits," is one of China's significant fruit production bases. As the Belt and Road Initiative continues to make headway, Xinjiang, serving as a crucial gateway connecting Central Asia and Europe, is expected to see a further increase in the demand for its fruit products on the international market.
The fruit industry in Xinjiang has developed rapidly and has become a vital part of the region's agriculture. In recent years, Xinjiang has continued to promote structural reforms on the agricultural supply side, optimize the planting structure of characteristic forestry and fruit industry, popularize new agricultural technologies, and speed up the standardization, greening, quality improvement, and branding of the characteristic forestry and fruit industry.
